1. What can Deliver-E offer?( Ano po ang meron sa Deliver-E?)

DeliverE offers an end-to-end supply chain solution -- starting from order taking management, all the way to order fulfillment. Throughout the above-mentioned end-to-end process, the Platform provides an ERP grade software solution thereto -- integrating the otherwise, fragmented/siloed IT solutions that various players may have installed in their respective business systems.

From the perspective of farmer/cooperatives serving as vendors/suppliers, the above would lead to a more efficient supply chain, thus, giving you the benefits of (i) greater access to the market, (ii) increased vibility on market dynamics pertinent to the produce/products under consideration, and (iii) optimized logistics arrangements, which could (also and) eventually lead towards gradually reducing transport costs.

2. Can I join as an individual farmer?(Puwede ba sumali kahit hindi kabilang ng isang cooperative?)

Yes, you are more than welcome to join, as the DeliverE is pleased to solicit your participation. The ensuing collaboration is hoped to help participants in the agricultural industry to transition to more robust agri-businesses -- especially alleviating the profession and welfare of farmers.

3. What are the requirements needed to submit as a COOP or an individual Farmer? (Ano ang mga kakailanganing dokumento na maipasa bilang isang COOP or indibidwal na farmer?)

Various details are already asked of you during your registration process. Pay us a visit at https://delivere.tech/. In addition to the data inquired from you or your organization, DeliverE would subsequently ask for copies of your business registrations and other related certifications (e.g. Good Agricultural Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Organic Farming, etc.) from the Department of Agriculture and other relevant regulatory agencies of government. These would serve to validate the authenticity of your business operations -- for the benefit of your institutional buyers and other would be business partners.

Further to the case of individual farmers, it is recommended that you furnish DeliverE a document attesting your membership to the Cooperative (i.e. through a corresponding certification issued by said Cooperative).

4. I don't know anything about computers, Will I be trained to use the system? (Hindi po ako marunong mag computer, matuturuan ba akong gumamit ng systemang ito?)

Implementation Specialists/Hypercare personnel would be deployed in your areas in order to provide and arrange the needful learning sessions -- all in active and strong coordination with the respective field offices of either or both the Departments of Agriculture [DA] or Trade and Industry [DTI].

In these learning sessions, adopters to the DeliverE would be trained in the use of the DeliverE's farmer or buyer apps -- fully navigating the complete features of the Platform. Further in the case of cooperatives, said field personnel could even provide follow through training sessions in the use of DeliverE's dashboards, including its inventory and warehouse management system [WMS] module, if the cooperative so requires.

5. I don't have internet/data connection in my province, is there a way I can still join?(Mahina o walang internet sa aking probibsya, maaari parin ba akong sumali sa programang ito?)

Poor and unstable internet connection would limit the rich user experience offered by the Platform, but does not impede your participation in any way.
In the particular case of farmers, your respective affiliated cooperatives could assist you in publishing your agri produce in DeliverE's marketplace, along with the price and minimum order quantities that you would require. Nonetheless, when a buyer prompts a product inquiry, which could eventually lead to a sale; the entire negotiation process could be done through SMS exchanges, which is facilitated and monitored within the Platform itself.

6. I don't have any modes of transportation to deliver my products, can still join this program? (Wala akong sasakyan na magagamit sa pag deliver ng aking mga orders, maaari parin ba akong sumali sa programang ito?)

DeliverE has a logistics app with corresponding enrolled transporters. These service providers are accessible to all users with the Platform, soon as you (as vendor/suppliers) or even the buyers prompt the delivery booking. This particular logistics module within the system also allows for the provision of multi pick up transport arrangements.

7. Is there a minimum volume that I need to produce to join this program? (Ano ang pinakambabang produksyon ang dapat kong magawa para makasali sa programang ito?)

There are no minimum volumes prescribed especially at the farmer levels. The Platform however, could assist and facilitate both the cooperatives as well as consolidators and warehousing facilities to shore up bigger volumes that would be attractive enough for insitutional buyers to pay attention to. Furthermore, these bigger volumes could also spell "leverage in the negotiating table", when vendor/suppliers finalize their arrangements with a given institutional buyer.

8. Is their a lead time for me to prepare my orders? (Ilang araw ko puwedeng mai-prepare ang orders na pumasok saakin?)

Lead times in preparing orders is an arrangement between you and your respective buyers. The Platform's messaging application would help ensure that both suppliers and vendors are clear in their arrangement details, providing full transparency while both parties are in the negotiation stage. DeliverE does not make any such prescriptions.

9. Is there any Fees that I need to pay to join this program? (Meron ba akong kailangang bayaran para makasali sa programang ito?)

For CY 2021, access and use of the base features of the Platform are free of charge. Subsequently, a platform fee would be levied starting CY 2022. But in the event that you would require further customization for your business operations and/or seek additional services (e.g. marketing for your respective and existing e-commerce sites), such could be readily provided by InsightSCS Corp, at corresponding service fees.

10. How to register? (Paano po mag register sa prgramang ito?

11. How will my sales be remitted to me? (Paano ko makukuha ang bayad sa mga benta ko?)

Payments for your sales transactions would be facilitated by the system, between you and the Buyer. Such straight-through (payment) settlements could be in the form of credit card payments, bank transfers, or GCash and Paymaya e-wallets.

12. How does the multi pick up function in logistics benefit me/the coop?

Multi pick up allows for 2 vendor/suppliers or more to use 1 truck/vehicle in transporting their products to a consolidation or warehousing facility. Thus, the vendors share in the total rental cost of the truck, as it maximizes its loading capacity.

Soon as return trip/empty mile arrangements are available, this would further reduce the vendor's transport costs, even down to a per 1-way trip basis; offering further savings for the farmer/cooperative.

SMEs

1. What can Deliver-E offer?

DeliverE offers an end-to-end supply chain solution -- starting from order taking management, all the way to order fulfillment. Throughout the above-mentioned end-to-end process, the Platform provides an ERP grade software solution thereto -- integrating the otherwise, fragmented/siloed IT solutions that various players may have installed in their respective business systems. As a buyer and/or trader, the Platform offers (i) alternative suppliers for various product inputs to your manufacturing processes, (ii) improved production planning given the visibility of projected agri-produce outputs of vendor/suppliers actively transacting in the Platform, as well as (iii) optimized logistics arrangements, which could (also and) eventually lead towards gradually reducing transport costs.

2. What are the requirements needed to submit as a Buyer?

4. What are the other services that I can avail aside from using the platform?

InsightSCS Corp. (i.e. as the operator of the DeliverE Platform) could provide other services such as setting up your individualized digital store/web shop, integrate it to the corresponding inteface of DeliverE and also perform your web shop's pertinent marketing activities. However, these services require corresponding fees.

5. Is there a Sales Target that we need to maintain to keep us as a Buyer in the platform?

The Platform does not prescribe a sales target or threshold in order for an entity to retain its status as a "buyer". However, it is recommended that you do as many as you can in the Platform, in order to maximize the benefits it offers vis-a-vis direct access to the market and having an efficient and cost-effective end-to-end supply chain management solution.

7. How do I pay the Farmer?

Various payment modalities are made available in the Platform; ranging from bank transfers, to credit card payments, GCash and Paymaya wallets too. Depending on the modality that aligns or is preferred by the farmers/cooperatives, DeliverE would facilitate the corresponding payment transfers.

8. If I have an existing webshop, can we integrate it on Deliver-E Platform?

Integration could be readily arranged. We would need to set up a meeting prior to doing so -- in order for the Project Team to get a better handle of your IT requirements and hasten the integration process afterwards. 9. Can Deliver-E deliver nationwide?

Within the first half of 2021, the Project's target areas are limited to Regions CAR, 2, NCR, 4 and 5. Thus, efforts would be focusing on having buy and sell transactions with entities having their base of operations in said regions. However, when the Platform has more registered buyers, suppliers and most especially transporters, whose bases of operations are beyond those areas enumerated above, then DeliverE's geographical coverage would eventually be nationwide.

10. How can we be assured of the quality of the products sourced from suppliers in the Platform?

The Platform would subsequently be requiring all of the stakeholders in its ecosystem to upload necessary documentation such as, but not limited to, business credentials (i.e. registration papers, etc.), but also other relevant certifications such as that of Good Agricultural Practices [GAP], Good Manufacturing Practices [GMP] and the likes. These certifications are mostly issued by the Department of Agriculture. By doing so, the Platform could provide some level of assurance especially to the institutional Buyers, that their suppliers adhere to relevant quality assurance [QA] protocols, which would align and/or complement with its respective QA/QC systems as well.

11. Would a multi pick-up/drop-off function in logistics be available? What would be the benefits of such an arrangement?

Multi pick up allows for 2 vendor/suppliers or more to use 1 truck/vehicle in transporting their products to a consolidation or warehousing facility. Thus, the vendors share in the total rental cost of the truck, as it maximizes its loading capacity. Similarly, a multi drop (logistics) facility would allow for maximizing a single vehicle/truck, even on a per trip basis -- delivering the vendor/supplier's products to various destinations that are either geographically contiguous or enroute to another cargo pick up point.

TRANSPORTER

1. What can Deliver-E offer?

DeliverE offers an end-to-end supply chain solution -- starting from order taking management, all the way to order fulfillment. Throughout the above-mentioned end-to-end process, the Platform provides an ERP grade software solution thereto -- integrating the otherwise, fragmented/siloed IT solutions that various players may have installed in their respective business systems.

2. What are the requirements needed to submit as a Transporter?

Various details are already asked of you during your registration process. Pay us a visit at https://delivere.tech/. In addition to the data inquired from you or your organization, DeliverE would subsequently ask for copies of your business registrations and other related certifications from relevant regulatory agencies of government. These would serve to validate the authenticity of your business operations -- for the benefit of your institutional buyers, suppliers and other would be business partners. Furthermore, you would be asked to provide information as to: (i) your transport assets, including the hauling capacities of each vehicle; and the (ii) drivers assigned to those assets, with their corresponding mobile numbers.

3. Is there any Fees that I need to pay to join this program?

For CY 2021, access and use of the base features of the Platform are free of charge. Subsequently, a platform fee would be levied starting CY 2022. But in the event that you would require further customization for your business operations and/or seek additional services (e.g. marketing for your respective and existing e-commerce sites), such could be readily provided by InsightSCS Corp, at corresponding service fees.

5. What are the lead time to deliver the booking requests?

The "lead time" for booking requests shall be indicated in the order transaction posted in DeliverE's logistics module (i.e. Haiso), which would depend on the locations of both the (i) supply and (ii) institutional buyer/end-consumer. Nonetheless, it is the Platform's intent that order fulfilment would be maximized per transport vehicle, which would redound to said transporters' increased operational profitability.

6. Can we use our own delivery app?

DeliverE prefers that you utilize our logistics/delivery app as it is already well integrated into the various client-facing modules of the Platform, particularly the (i) farmer/vendor and (ii) buyer mobile apps. 7. Does Deliver-E has shipping fees that we need to match or follow?

The Platform would defer to the transporter's own schedule of shipping fees. However, it is advised that said fees be close as possible to prevailing market rates, as clients (i.e. vendors and buyers) have vibility on the rates of each available transporter that is offered by the system, in each and every order fulfilment transaction.

8. How do we settle shipping fees incurred on per transaction/booking?

All users are required to provide the Platform their respective payment/fund account details -- as these would be utilized when the system facilitates payment transactions. Current payment modalities facilitated in the Platform include credit card payments, bank transfers, GCash and Paymaya e-wallets.

9. Would DeliverE be able to help address a reduction in "empty miles"?

When the Platform's geographic scope expands, including a growth in the number of registered Transporters within the ecosystem, its Logistics module could provide opportunities for vehicles to ship cargo during their return trips vis-a-vis their respective base of operations/location of head offices. Thus, through the growing number of buy-sell transactions taking place in the Platform, the Transporters could also reap the benefits of having opportunities in reducing their empty return trips/empty miles -- thus maximizing the profitability of their operations.
